About Me

THIS IS WHO I AM

I was born in Castelo Branco in the hot summer of 1980. The first five years of my life were spent at Faial Island in Azores. At the age of 5 I returned to Castelo Branco.

Soon I felt the need to express myself artistically and started building my own toys. I was 10 when I received my first camera. At the age of 15, I entered the Arts and Crafts course, start designing my own t-shirts and painted some walls illegally, never get caught. My taste for music and tattoo start evolving.

In 1997, I formed the Metal/Hardcore band "Out Standing", and edited the album "Increasing the Cabal" in 2001 through the Spanish Label "Dro East West”.

At the age of 20 I headed to Coimbra to study Design and Communication.

In 2007, I founded a design agency “Play Me” in Castelo Branco.

Together with Ricardo Mingacho, we founded the art collective “The Royal Nature” in 2008.

In 2018, I was appointed Brand Manager of Piranha Global (Piranha Tattoo Studios and Piranha Tattoo Suplies) in Viseu, Portugal.


In 2020 I moved back to Castelo Branco. Currently I am working on my design practice as an Art Director and tattooing on a private tattoo studio.
